We Made Bacon Crab Cakes!

Scrumptious, delicious and easy to make. Super easy to switch up ingredients, too. You've got to try these! Here's how we made ours:


  • 8 ounces of lump crab meat

  • 7 or 8 strips of bacon

  • 1/2 cup of panko

  • 1 large egg

  • 2 Tbsp mayo

  • 1 Tbsp Tiger Tail mustard (horseradish mustard) or your fave

  • 1 Tsp Cajun seasonings

  • Oil for frying


I combines some sour cream, chopped dill pickles and squeezed some lemon juice. Dash of fresh cracked black pepper and salt.


  1. Cook your bacon, let cool on a paper towel. Chop when cooled.

  2. Heat up the oil in another fry pan

  3. Mix your crab meat, panko, bacon and egg in a bowl

  4. In a separate bowl, mix the mayo, mustard and cajun seasonings

  5. Add the sauce to the crabmeat and form patties

  6. Place the patties in the oil and fry each side until golden brown

  7. Remove and let drain on paper towel.

  8. Platter up and serve with tarter sauce or your fave condiment!
