Turkey Bacon Burger

How to make a healthy and delicious bacon burger!


  • 1 pound of lean ground turkey

  • 5 or 6 slices of your favorite bacon

  • 1/4 cup panko

  • 1/2 Tsp black pepper

  • 1 Tsp garlic powder

  • 1 Tsp onion powder

  • Low carb whole wheat wraps

  • A few slices of red onion

  • Handful of organic arugula


  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt

  • Crumbled bacon bits

  • 1 Tsp garlic powder

  • 1 to 2 Tbsp dijon mustard

  • 1 Tbsp of brown sugar

  • The juice of half a lemon

  • Dash of salt


  1. Add the panko, black pepper, garlic and onion powders & bacon bits to your ground turkey in a bowl.

  2. MIx them all together with your hands and form 4 patties

  3. Place the burgers on the grill or a fry pan at medium heat

  4. Cook all sides and cut in half and stand the burgers up to cook inside

  5. Meanwhile you can make the sauce (pref the night before)

  6. Add the garlic powder, bacon bits, dijon, salt, brown sugar and lemon juice to your greek yogurt in a small mixing bowl. Blend well. Refrigerate overnight if possible or for at least a few hours.

  7. Then take your wrap and spread the aoli on the wrap.

  8. Place a handful of arugula on the wrap.

  9. Place two turkey burger halves - line them up in the wrap

  10. Top burger with more aoli and a few red onion slices

  11. Put the wrap together and serve!
