How to Make Bacon Egg Rolls

These crispy, delicious bacon "egg rolls" are flavorful and easy to make! Flexible recipe as you can add or omit your favorite ingredients. Here's how to make them:



INGREDIENTS

  • Bacon (I used 5 strips for 7 egg rolls)

  • Wonton wrappers

  • Cabbage

  • Carrots

  • Red onion

  • Bean sprouts

  • Ginger and garlic

  • Salt & Pepper


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Heat avocado oil to 350 degrees in a fry pan

  2. Shred/slice your cabbage carrots

  3. Dice your red onion, garlic and ginger

  4. Saute the cabbage and carrots for a few minutes

  5. Add your bean sprouts, onion , garlic & ginger

  6. Add salt and pepper to taste

  7. Saute all for a few more minutes, turn off heat and let cool

  8. Place some of the mixture in the middle of your wrapper

  9. Roll it up - deep fry til golden brown.

  10. Remove and let rest on a paper towel.

  11. Serve with your fave dipping sauce!
