These crispy, delicious bacon "egg rolls" are flavorful and easy to make! Flexible recipe as you can add or omit your favorite ingredients. Here's how to make them:
Bacon (I used 5 strips for 7 egg rolls)
Ginger and garlic
Salt & Pepper
Heat avocado oil to 350 degrees in a fry pan
Shred/slice your cabbage carrots
Dice your red onion, garlic and ginger
Saute the cabbage and carrots for a few minutes
Add your bean sprouts, onion , garlic & ginger
Add salt and pepper to taste
Saute all for a few more minutes, turn off heat and let cool
Place some of the mixture in the middle of your wrapper
Roll it up - deep fry til golden brown.
Remove and let rest on a paper towel.
Serve with your fave dipping sauce!
