Bacon Wrapped Sweet Mini Peppers with Cheese!

These mini peppers stuffed with cheese and wrapped in smoky delicious bacon will be a hit every time! 3 ingredients and a snap to make!


-Your favorite bacon

-Sweet mini peppers

-Boursin garlic & herb cheese (or your fave spread)


-Wash your peppers, cut the tops off and cut in half

-Remove the ribs and seeds

-Stuff/schmear each pepper half with the soft cheese

-Wrap each pepper with bacon

-Secure with a toothpick if needed

IF using the oven - preheat oven to 400 degrees

IF using a grill - heat grill to medium heat

-OVEN: Bake for 25-30 minutes on a baking sheet

-GRILL: Place on grate and use indirect heat. Check after 25 minutes.

-When done, plate, let cool and serve!
