EASY and DELICIOUS! Here is what you need and how to make it!
For Marinade:
1 Tbsp of toasted sesame oil
Zest and juice of one lime
1 Tbsp of grilling seasoning
1 Tsp of red pepper flakes
2 garlic cloves minced
For the Shrimp:
1 pound of Royal Reds (or any large shrimp of your choice)
Eight - ten strips of bacon
Instructions:
Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees
Remove shells and de-vein shrimp
Combine all marinade ingredients and whisk together
Marinate the shrimp overnight but for at least one hour
Remove from marinade and wrap each shrimp. Secure with toothpick if needed.
Place on a grilling sheet.
Place in 425 degree oven for about 14 minutes or until bacon is done.
Place on platter and garnish with scallions or even Italian parsley.
