How to Make Bacon Cheese Biscuits

These are easy and delightful! Great breakfast or snack! Good for Brunch! They look so pretty! Here's how to make them:


  • 4 or 5 strips of bacon (or pre-made bacon bits)

  • 4 oz of cream cheese (softened)

  • 1 egg

  • 1 Tbsp of milk

  • 1/4 cup of shredded swiss cheese

  • 1 Tbsp of dried minced onion

  • 1 Roma tomato (de-seeded and diced)

  • 1 can of flaky biscuits


  1. Fry your bacon, drain on paper towel and set aside

  2. Once bacon is cool , crumble into bits

  3. De-seed and dice your tomato (divide into two halves)

  4. Take a bowl and combine the cream cheese, egg and milk

  5. Beat together until smooth with a hand mixer

  6. Once smooth, add bacon bits, cheese, onion and half of the tomato

  7. Mix together and set aside

  8. Spray a muffin tin with cooking oil

  9. Open the can of biscuits

  10. If using a mini muffin tin, divide biscuits into quarters

  11. If not, don't divide biscuits

  12. Press dough into tin

  13. Fill each one with the mixture, top w/remaining half of diced tomato

  14. Bake in 375 degree oven for 14 to 18 minutes (just keep checking them)

  15. Remove from oven, let cool and plate them and serve!
