Just 3 simple ingredients to make this yummy snack/appetizer. Would also be a good schmeer for your bagels or stuff these babies inside a chicken pocket and bake! SO many uses! Here's how to make them; INGREDIENTS: -1 pound of bacon -8 oz of softened cream cheese -4 to 8oz of shredded sharp cheddar cheese DIRECTIONS: -Let the cream cheese soften at room temperature -Fry up the bacon and crumble into small bits -Take a bowl and mix the cream cheese and cheese together. Mix well. -Make small balls and then roll them over the bacon bits -You can place in the fridge to set or serve and enjoy immediately! It's that simple!
How to Make Sweet Hawaiian Chicken Bacon Ranch Crescent Bites
Super easy and delicious snack (or meal) for the whole family! We love this one. Found it on the Pillsbury recipe site. Try it! INGREDIENTS: -1/2 cup of cooked chicken (chopped) -3 strips of bacon (cooked and chopped) -1/2 cup of your fave cheese (shredded) -1/4 cup of your fave ranch dressing -1 8 oz can of the Pillsbury Sweet Hawaiian crescent rolls -1 to 2 green onions (thinly sliced) INSTRUCTIONS: -Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees -Mix the chicken, bacon ,cheese and ranch dressing in a bowl -Unroll the crescent dough on a cutting board and flatten it out. -Squeeze the seams together so there are no more perforations. -Take a knife and divide the rectangle into 9 - 12 pieces. -Place a scoop of the chicken mixture in the middle of each square. -Sprinkle some green onions on top. -Fold the 4 corners together - squeeze to enclose the square. -Place on a baking sheet and bake for 13 minutes, or so. Until golden brown. -Remove from oven, cool, transfer to a platter and enjoy with some more ranch dressing as a dip!
PALEO! Zoodles with Bacon & Tomatoes
Paleo friendly! How to make Zoodles with Bacon and tomatoes! INGREDIENTS: -6-7 slices of bacon -3 zucchinis -3 Tbsp olive oil -Half a lemon (squeezed for juices) -1/4 Tsp garlic powder -1/4 Tsp kosher salt or sea salt -Few turns of fresh cracked black pepper -1 to 1.5 cups of cherry or grape tomatoes -Fresh or dried basil to taste INSTRUCTIONS: -Combine the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, sea/kosher salt and black pepper in a bowl and whisk until emulified. Set aside. -Take a spiralizer and spiralize the 3 zucchinis in a bowl -Slice your tomatoes in half -Fry up the bacon, let drain on a paper towel. When cool crumble bacon. -Add the crumbled bacon, tomatoes and dressing to the zoodles. Toss well. Add the fresh basil or sprinkle dried bacon for garnish and serve. Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS: -5 bacon strips -5 oz of shredded parmesan cheese -1/2 Tsp of garlic powder -1/2 Tsp of onion powder -1/4 - 1/2 Tsp of smoked paprika -1/4 Tsp of cayenne pepper -1/2 Tsp of kosher salt -Few turns of cracked black pepper INSTRUCTIONS: -Preheat oven to 400 degrees -Mix your ingredients in a medium sized bowl -Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or tin foil -Take a small handful of the mixture and mound it on your baking sheet -Bake it for 4 minutes - check on it so they don't burn. -Remove when golden brown -Let cool and transfer to your serving platter -Serve and enjoy!
How to Make Bacon Wrapped Potato Bites
Super simple to make these mouth watering delicious treats! Here's how: INGREDIENTS: -1 lb of your favorite baby potatoes -1 lb of bacon -1 Tbsp or so of fresh rosemary -1 Tbs of olive oil -1-2 Tbsps of kosher salt -Fresh cracked black pepper (optional) -Your favorite sauce or dressing as a dip HOW TO MAKE: -Preheat oven to 400 degrees -Wash and dry the potatoes -Cut them in half -Boil the potatoes, once it starts to boil add 1 Tbsp of kosher salt -Boil until fork tender -Chop your rosemary and cut your bacon strips in thirds -Dry potatoes and put in a small bowl -Add the olive oil, rosemary, kosher salt and black pepper -Mix well so that all potatoes are coated evenly -Wrap each piece with bacon -Place on a baking sheet lined with tin foil or parchment paper -Bake for 15 mintutes, then flip and bake another 15 minutes -Remove when bacon is done to your liking -Serve with your favorite dip/dressing ENJOY!

These are easy and delightful! Great breakfast or snack! Good for Brunch! They look so pretty! Here's how to make them; INGREDIENTS: -4 or 5 strips of bacon (or pre-made bacon bits) -4 oz of cream cheese (softened) -1 egg -1 Tbsp of milk -1/4 cup of shredded swiss cheese -1 Tbsp of dried minced onion -1 Roma tomato (de-seeded and diced) -1 can of flaky biscuits DIRECTIONS: -Fry your bacon, drain on paper towel and set aside -Once bacon is cool , crumble into bits -De-seed and dice your tomato (divide into two halves) -Take a bowl and combine the cream cheese, egg and milk -Beat together until smooth with a hand mixer -Once smooth, add bacon bits, cheese, inon and half of the tomato -Mix together and set aside -Spray a muffin tin with cooking oil -Open the can of biscuits -If using a mini muffin tin, divide biscuits into quarters -If not, don't divide biscuis -Press dough into tin -Fill each one with the mixture, top w/remaining half of diced tomato -Bake in 375 degree oven for 14 to 18 minutes (just keep checking them) -Remove from oven, let cool and plate them and serve! ENJOY!

Simple and delicious! Great for breakfast, brunch or just when you are in the mood for something sweet and savory! INGREDIENTS: -5-8 slices of bacon (depending on how many rolls you have) -1 can of cinnamon rolls -1/2 cup of powdered sugar -1/4 cup of maple syrup -1 Tbsp of melted butter DIRECTIONS: -Preheat oven to 375 degrees -Open the can of cinammon rolls and carefully unravel them -You can par bake or fry the bacon if you would like it crispier -Place the unrolled roll onto a slice of bacon and roll it up -Place in a baking dish -Place dish in oven for 17 - 25 minutes FOR THE FROSTING -Put the powdered sugar in a small bowl -Add the maple syrup and butter -Mix well -Once rolls are out of oven - pour frosting all over. ENJOY!
How to Make Bacon Potato Soup
It's getting to be the perfect time for comfort foods! This loaded bacon potato soup will be a crown pleaser. Try it! INGREDIENTS: -8 strips of bacon -8 red (or your favorite type of) potato -Half a large onion -1 can of evaporated milk -1 cup of whole milk -2 cups of chicken broth -green onions for garnish -2 garlic cloves -sour cream -salt and pepper DIRECTIONS: -In a soup pot, fry up the bacon (you can pre chop if you like) -When bacon is done, leave some drippings in pot and blot bacon on paper towel -Dice your onions and garlic and saute in the soup pot after bacon is out -Add 2 cups of chicken stock and bring to a boil. Reduce and simmer for 15 minutes or so -Slice and add your potato slices -Keep simmering another 10 minutes or so -Add the can of evaporated milk and whole milk -Simmer and add the cheese and bacon bits -Add some salt and pepper -Simmer another 10-15 minutes but keep stirring! Once done you can ladle it out into a soup bowl and garnish with a dollop of sour cream, sprinkle green onions, sprinkle more cheese and bacon bits on top. -Serve and enjoy!
